Since it can be stretched it is particularly suitable for overstitching the bands on elastic fabrics, e.g. sweatshirts or sportswear. • Sew the band onto the part with an overlock stitch (see pgs 2:8,2:9) • The seam allowance can now be overstitched from the right side of the fabric.
