ASSEMBLY Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. THE FOLLOWING TOOLS ARE REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY: The included 7/32" alien wrench and your own adjustable wrench 1. Insert the square end of one of the Upright Bushings (83) into the indicated hole in the right side of the Frame (36). Insert the other Upright Bushing into the hole in the left side of the Frame (not shown). 2. With the help of a second person, raise the Right Upright (80) 2 and the Left Upright (not shown) to a vertical position. Insert an Upright Bolt (28), with an Upright Washer (81), into the indicated hole in the lower end of the Right Upright. Finger tighten the Upright Bolt into the Frame (36). Repeat this step with the Left Upright (not shown). 36 83 80 28 36 81 28 3. With the help of a second person, raise the Left and Right 3 Handrails (1, 12) to the position shown. Insert a Handrail Bolt (68) into each of the Uprights (79, 80). Tighten the Handrail Bolts with the 7/32" Allen Wrench (9). Refer to assembly step 2. Tighten both Upright Bolts (28) in the lower end of the Right Upright (80). Tighten both Upright Bolts in the lower end of the Left Upright (not shown). 68 79 4. Remove the paper backing from the Wrench Clip (16). Press the 4 Wrench Clip onto the Rear Endcap (59) in the indicated location. Press the 3/16" Allen Wrench (58) into the Wrench Clip. Make sure that all parts are tightened before using the treadmill. Note: Cover the floor underneath the treadmill for protection. 6 12 9 68 80 59 16 58

to
a

position.
Insert
an
Upright
Bolt
(28),
with
an
Upright
Washer
(81),
into
the
indicated
hole
in
the
lower
end
of
the
Right
Upright.
Finger
tighten
the
Upright
Bolt
into
the
Frame
(36).
Repeat
this
step
with
the
Left
Upright
(not
shown).
3.
With
the
help
of
a
second
person,
raise
the
Left
and
Right
Handrails
(1,
12)
to
the
position
shown.
Insert
a
Handrail
Bolt
(68)
into
each
of
the
Uprights
(79,
80).
Tighten
the
Handrail
Bolts
with
the
7/32"
Allen
Wrench
(9).
Refer
to
assembly
step
2.
Tighten
both
Upright
Bolts
(28)
in
the
lower
end
of
the
Right
Upright
(80).
Tighten
both
Upright
Bolts
in
the
lower
end
of
the
Left
Upright
(not
shown).
4.
Remove
the
paper
backing
from
the
Wrench
Clip
(16).
Press
the
Wrench
Clip
onto
the
Rear
Endcap
(59)
in
the
indicated
location.
Press
the
3/16"
Allen
Wrench
(58)
into
the
Wrench
Clip.
Make
sure
that
all
parts
are
tightened
before
using
the
treadmill.
Note:
Cover
the
floor
underneath
the
treadmill
for
protection.
