HOW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEM This treadmill has been designed specifically to work with iPod and has been certified by the developer to meet Apple performance standards. To play music or audio books through the console's stereo speakers, you must connect your iPod, MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player to the console through the audio jack or through the optional PROFORM SYNC. The SYNC will charge your iPod while you use it. To use the MP3 jack, locate the included audio wire and plug it into the MP3 jack on the top of the console. Then plug the audio wire into a jack on your MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player. Make sure that the audio wire is fully plugged in. To use the SYNC, plug a compatible iPod (not included) into the cable extending from the SYNC. Make sure that the iPod is fully plugged in. Next, press the Play button on your iPod, MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player. Adjust the volume on your personal audio player or press the Volume increase and decrease buttons on the console. Volume Decrease Volume Increase If you are using a personal CD player and the CD skips, set the CD player on the floor or another flat surface and not on the console. 24

This treadmill has been designed specifically to work
with iPod and has been certified by the developer to
meet Apple performance standards. To play music or
audio books through the console’s stereo speakers,
you must connect your iPod, MP3 player, CD player, or
other personal audio player to the console through the
audio jack or through the optional PROFORM SYNC.
The SYNC will charge your iPod while you use it.
To use the MP3 jack, locate the included audio wire
and plug it into the MP3 jack on the top of the con-
sole. Then plug the audio wire into a jack on your MP3
player, CD player, or other personal audio player.
Make sure that the audio wire is fully plugged in.
To use the SYNC, plug a compatible iPod (not in-

Next, press the Play button
