Sound settings Vibration: the phone vibrates but does not ring. Vibration then tone: the phone first vibrates and then plays the tone selected via the Tone option. Repetition: allows you to specify how often the phone informs you of a new message. You can choose either Once or Periodic. Power on/off (Menu 4-3) This option allows you to select the melody that the phone sounds when you switch it on or off. You can choose either Classical or Future. To turn the sound off, select Off. Connection tone (Menu 4-4) This menu option allows you to specify whether or not the phone beeps when the phone connects to the network. The following options are available: Off: the phone does not beep. On: the phone beeps when your call is accepted. 103
