Sabbath function (For use on the Jewish Sabbath and Holidays) The Sabbath function can only be used with the Bake and Cook Time settings. The oven will operate at the set temperature and stay on until the Sabbath function is cancelled or the set Cook Time has elapsed. When Sabbath is selected, it overrides the preset factory energy-saving features. All display lighting, oven signals, most control pads, and the convection fan will be deactivated. How to set the Sabbath function 1. Position the oven rack in the desired location. See page 30. 2. Press the BAKE pad. The oven will beep every time a pad is pressed until the Sabbath function is activated. The default temperature, 350°, will blink on the display. If the default temperature is the desired cooking temperature, skip to step 4 or step 6. 3. Press the number pads for the desired cooking temperature (3, 7, 5). The selected cooking temperature will blink on the display. 4. Press the COOK TIME pad. The display will show -HR --min. 5. Press the number pads for the desired cooking time. The START indicator will blink on the display. You can set the time to any length of time between 1 minute and 9 hours and 99 minutes. 6.
