Exposure compensation ƈ This camera automatically adjusts the exposure according to the ambient lighting conditions. You can change the exposure value by using the ȜȞ icon. A negative exposure compensation value reduces the exposure. Note that a positive exposure compensation value increases the exposure and the LCD monitor will appear white or you may not get good pictures. EXPOSURE VALUE Movie Clip frame stabiliser ƈ This function helps stabilize images captured during movie recording. You can select this menu only in the MOVIE CLIP mode. If the memory card is not inserted, this function will not operate. : Movie clip frame stabilizer function is disabled. : Prevents camera shake during movie recording. The recording frame range will become narrower than when you select the menu. Standby [MOVIE CLIP mode] ƃ Long Time shutter : This camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed and aperture values to the shooting environment. However, in NIGHT SCENE mode, you can set the shutter speed and aperture values to your preference. 1. Select the [Nightscene] scene mode. (p.20) 2. Press the LT icon and Long Time shutter menu will be displayed. 3. Configure the Long Time shutter value with the icon. 4. Press the icon. Exposure compensation
This camera automatically adjusts the exposure
according to the ambient lighting conditions. You
can change the exposure value by using the
icon. A negative exposure compensation value
reduces the exposure.
Note that a positive exposure compensation
value increases the exposure and the LCD
monitor will appear white or you may not get
good pictures.
Long Time shutter : This camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed and
aperture values to the shooting environment. However, in
NIGHT SCENE mode, you can set the shutter speed and
aperture values to your preference.
1. Select the [Nightscene] scene mode. (p.20)
2. Press the LT icon and Long Time shutter
menu will be displayed.
3. Configure the Long Time shutter value with the
icon.
4. Press the
icon. The value you set will be
saved and the mode will switch to NIGHT
SCENE mode.
This function helps stabilize images captured during movie recording. You can
