TWO-SIDED COPYING Two-sided copying can be made on this copier using the manual bypass. Example: The following two originals will be copied onto two sides of copy paper. Face up or face down First original Second original Face up Face down 3 1 Place the first original on the original table and make a copy. The first copy can be made using either the paper tray or the manual bypass. Making copies 2 Replace the first original with the second original on the original table and close the original cover. Make sure that the first and second originals are oriented in the same way on the original table. 3 For tablet binding, turn the first copy over left to right as shown below. For booklet binding, turn the first copy over top to bottom (not shown). Feed the first copy into the manual bypass. Copying will begin automatically. 22

Making copies
TWO-SIDED COPYING
Two-sided copying can be made on this copier using the manual bypass.
Example:
The following two originals will be copied onto two sides of copy paper.
Face up
First original
Second original
Face up or face down
Face down

Place the first original on the original table and make a copy.
The first copy can be made using either the paper tray or the manual bypass.

Replace the first original with the second original on the original table and close the
original cover. Make sure that the first and second originals are oriented in the same
way on the original table.

For tablet binding, turn the first copy over left to right as shown below. For booklet
binding, turn the first copy over top to bottom (not shown). Feed the first copy into
the manual bypass.
Copying will begin automatically.
