INSTALLATION MANUAL ADJUSTABLE BACKSPLASH The range backsplash is adjustable so that you can customize it for your particular kitchen situation. The height can be adjusted from the low position (6-inches high) to the highest position (12-inches high) in one inch increments. 1 Remove the screws from the cooktop back frame end cap on both sides and the screws from the range back cover on both sides, as shown in Figure 12. The endcaps and mounting screws may be located near or inside backsplash accessory pack. Note: Set screws to the side to use for mounting the backsplash. The two back cover screws must be placed back into the back cover. Figure 12 2 Slide the rubber gasket onto the back edge of the cooktop back frame as shown in Figure 13. IMPORTANT This backsplash must be installed before the range is moved into place. 4 Slide the backsplash in to desired height. Secure into position with screws supplied and those removed in step 1. (Total 4 each side) Figure 13 3 Carefully pull each end cap back slightly-no more than 1/8-inch-to facilitate installing the backsplash. Figure 14 5 Place the backsplash support brace into the back side of the backsplash. Angle as shown to insert, slide downward to rest on top of the end cap screws. 6

ADJUSTABLE BACKSPLASH
The range backsplash is adjustable so that you can customize it
for your particular kitchen situation. The height can be adjusted
from the low position (6-inches high) to the highest position

Slide the rubber gasket onto the back edge of the cooktop back
frame as shown in Figure 13.

Slide the backsplash in to desired height. Secure into position
with screws supplied and those removed in step 1.
(Total 4 each side)
IMPORTANT
This backsplash must be installed before the range is moved
into place.

Place the backsplash support brace into the back side of the
backsplash. Angle as shown to insert, slide downward to rest
on top of the end cap screws.

Carefully pull each end cap back slightly—no more than
1/8-inch—to facilitate installing the backsplash.
