Adjusting the audio emphasis (MEGA BASS/4 BAND GRAPHIC EQUALIZER/SURROUND) SURROUND 4 BANDGRAPHIC MEGA BASS EQUALIZER You can adjust the audio emphasis of the sound you are listening to. Setting Up Selecting the sound characteristic Slide 4 BAND GRAPHIC EQUALIZER to select the audio emphasis you want. Frequency coverage 400 Hz 1 kHz 4 kHz 10 kHz Slide the control up (to +10) to emphasize speaking voice, middle frequencies of instrumental music to provide more presence of vocals to heighten overall brightness of sound to increase high treble sounds Slide the control down (to -10) to de-emphasize speaking voice, middle frequencies of instrumental music to provide less presence of vocals to lessen overall brightness of sound to decrease high treble sounds or reduce high frequency noise/tape hiss Reinforcing the bass sound Press MEGA BASS. "MEGA BASS" appears in the display. You can reinforce the bass sound in two steps.
