Shooting menu For details on the operation 1 page 45 (Flash) (Only for still image) Adjusts for the flash conditions. • You cannot select this item when shooting movies. • For details on the white balance, see page 13. • Under fluorescent lights that flicker, the white balance function may not work correctly even though you select [Fluorescent Light 1], [Fluorescent Light 2] or [Fluorescent Light 3]. • Except in [Flash] mode, [White Balance] is set to [Auto] when you shoot images using the flash. • Some options are not available depending on the Scene Selection mode (page 49). Color Mode: Changing the vividness of the image or adding special effects You can change the brightness of the image, accompanied by effects. (Normal) Sets the image to standard color. (Vivid) Sets the image to bright and deep color. (Natural) Sets the image to quiet color. 54
