Playing back a tape If you leave the power on for a long time Your camcorder gets warm. This is not a malfunction. When you open or close the LCD panel Open or close the LCD panel vertically. To display the screen indicators - Display function Press DISPLAY. The indicators appear on the screen. To make the indicators disappear, press DISPLAY again. DATA CODE DISPLAY DISPLAY About date/time and various settings Your camcorder automatically records not only images on the tape but also the recording data (date/time or various settings when recorded) (Data code). Use the Remote Commander for this operation. 1 Set the POWER switch to VCR, then playback a tape. 2 Press DATA CODE on the Remote Commander.
