Disconnecting a Port Replicator Disconnecting a port replicator when the computer is in a power saving mode (Standby or Hibernate) or the battery power is low may result in data loss or a computer malfunction. You can disconnect a port replicator when the computer is on or off. When the battery is low, turn off the computer before you disconnect a port replicator. To disconnect a port replicator 1. Close any active programs to prevent data loss. 2. Pull the release levers on each side of the port replicator to release the computer from the port replicator. Disconnecting a Port Replicator
Disconnecting a port replicator when the computer is in a power saving mode (Standby or Hibernate) or the battery power

To disconnect a port replicator
