Locking the disc tray (Child Lock) You can lock the disc tray so that the disc tray is not opened by mistake. To use the Auto Tape Speed function When you are recording a program in the Auto mode and the remaining tape becomes shorter than the recording time, the tape speed is automatically changed to EP mode. Recording TV programs using the Dial Timer (SLV-D560P only) The Dial Timer function allows you to make timer recordings of programs without turning on your TV. Set the recording timer to record up to eight programs that will be broadcast within a month using the DIAL TIMER.
