Troubleshooting iOS Android If you experience a problem with this app, please check the following items before requesting help. Something other than this app could also be the cause of the problem. Please also check that the connected devices are being used properly. If it still does not operate correctly, contact the retailer where you purchased the main unit. No WS-A70 found. Confirm that the WS-A70 connects to the same network as your iOS/Android device (see illustration below). Confirm that the WS-A70 displays an appropriate IP address, not "0.0.0.0" (Jog dial: INFORMATION > IP ADR). Confirm that the WS-A70 is not in sleep mode. If the WS-A70 is connected to your network via LAN cable, the Wi-Fi router might be set to only allow Internet connection for Wi-Fi devices. Check the user's manual of the Wi-Fi router to enable Internet access from a device connected via LAN cable. No music server found. Confirm that the music server (NAS or PC/Mac with shared folder) is on the same network as your iOS/ Android device (see illustration below). Confirm that the NAS or PC/Mac is not in sleep mode. Confirm that the PC/Mac has the necessary software installed. Confirm that the DLNA setting is active on the NAS. Network configurations All devices are on the same network.
