Important Information Troubleshooting General problems Possible solutions xxCheck the telephone cord connection. I can't make or receive xxDisconnect the base AC adapter. Wait a few calls. minutes, then reconnect it. xxMake sure the base is plugged in. The handset won't ring. xxMake sure the ringer is turned on. The handset is not working. xxCharge the battery for 15-20 hours. xxCheck the battery connection. The handset won't xxLet calls ring twice before answering. display CID information. xxMake sure your CID service is active. Audio issues Possible solutions I hear a beeping during a call. xxThe battery is getting low. Check the handset for a low battery alert. Finish your conversation and return the handset to the cradle as soon as possible.
