Placing a Call on Hold 1) During a call, press intercom/hold. The call will be put on hold. If you have more than one handset, once 10 seconds has passed or when you press the end key, the call will be put on hold. 2) To talk to the caller, press talk/flash or speaker on a handset. The phone will return back to the call.
