Setting the Record Time Record Time sets the duration for recording the incoming messages. You have three record time options. The options "one minute" or "four minutes" set the duration for recording the incoming messages. "Announce only" answers the call but prevents the caller from leaving a message. 1) Press menu/clear. Select the Answ. Setup menu, and then the Record Time submenu. 2) Press /vol/∧ or /vol/∨ to select Record Time (1 Minute, 4 Minutes, or Announce Only). 4GEQTF6KOG /KPWVG /KPWVGU 3) Press select/ /audio tone. You will hear a confirmation tone. note If you select Announce Only and turn the answering system on, the answer LED will flash. Setting the Record Time
