Deleting Base Speed Dial Numbers . With the phone in standby, press [memory] twice. 2. Press the number key [0] to [9] that contains the phone number you want to delete. You will hear a confirmation tone. Customizing Your Phone Changing the Handset Banner Each handset will display a banner name once it is registered to the base. The default banner is Handset #1, Handset #2, etc. You can change the name your phone displays by changing the banner display. If you have more than one handset, the banner name identifies your handset during handset-to-handset functions like intercom and DirectLink™ communication. The name will be displayed on the LCD screen during Standby, Intercom, Intercom Hold, Room/Baby Monitor, and Copy Phonebook operations. The banner name will be displayed on the receiving handset as well. . Press [menu/clear]. 2. Select the HANDSET SETUP menu, and then the BANNER submenu. 3.
