Problem The Special Function buttons (top row of buttons) on the supplied keyboard don't work Solution • If the LED indicator on the keyboard does not light up when you press any Special keyboard button, replace the keyboard batteries. Media Center will not turn When you press the On button on the front of the on Media Center, the following should happen: • • The hard drive in the M2000 spins or the DVD/CD drive makes a noise. The LED indicator (ring around the Power On/ Off button) on the front of the Media Center glows blue when On, or glows amber when in Standby mode. The power cord and all cables are securely attached to the M2000. The power cord is plugged into a grounded outlet. Verify that the outlet is functional by plugging another device into the outlet. The TV and/or the PC monitor is attached securely to the M2000 and is turned on.
