Product owners will be contacted for the authorization prior to any out of warranty repair work being done. All "Out of Warranty" repairs may be subjected to a nominal repair fee. Repair fees are subject to change without notice based on spare parts availability and the market price. Please contact ViewSonic for current charges. Limitation of implied warranties: THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
