Getting started Handset layout VOL/CID (volume/caller ID) Press to review the call log when the telephone is not in use (page 39). While in a menu, press to scroll down. During a call, press to decrease the listening volume (page 20). MENU/SELECT Press to show the menu. While in a menu, press to choose an item, or save an entry or setting. OFF/CLEAR During a call, press to hang up (page 20). While the handset is ringing, press to silence the ringer temporarily (page 21). While the telephone is not in use, press and hold to erase the missed calls indicator (page 39). During programming, press to exit without making changes. # Press repeatedly to show other dialing options when reviewing a call log entry (page 40). EQ During an outside call, intercom call, message or announcement playback, press to change the audio quality to best suit your hearing (page 22). MUTE/REMOVE While on a call, press to mute the microphone (page 21). While reviewing the call log, directory or redial list, press to delete an individual entry (page 42, 36 and 24 respectively). While predialing, press to delete digits (page 20).
