To manually set the date: 1. Press the MENU softkey when in idle mode to enter the main menu. 2. Press the UP and DOWN NavKeys to select Settings, then press the SELECT softkey to enter the Settings menu. 3. Press the SELECT softkey to select Set Date. 4. Use the dial pad (0-9) to enter the year, month (01-12) and day (01-31). You can also use the UP and DOWN NavKeys to set the year, month and day. 5. Press the SET softkey to save the setting. A tone will sound and the screen will display the current date set.
