4. Identify the Right Crank Arm (P), which is marked with an "R" sticker. Firmly tighten the 4 Right Crank Arm clockwise into the right arm of the Crank (O). Tighten the Left Crank Arm (Q) counterclockwise into the left arm of the Crank (not shown). IMPORTANT: Tighten both Crank Arms (P, Q) as firmly as possible. After using the elliptical exerciser for one week, retighten the Crank Arms. For best performance, keep the Crank Arms tightened. Q O P 5.
