Expectation Setting Document for DocuColor 2006 Printer/Copier November 1, 2001 This document describes space electrical, environmental and operating parameters for the DocuColor 2006 Printer/Copier. Space Requirements / Service Space Envelope The dimensions shown below provide the overall service space required, including the space to the nearest obstruction. The dimensions are in inches and are absolute minimums. Installation Considerations • Physical delivery of the DocuColor 2006 Printer/Copier will be by a Xerox authorized "D/R" carrier. The carrier will install and perform a functional check of the unit. The carrier will review the "Getting to Know Your Product" package and provide software/documentation to the customer. The customer is responsible for connecting the equipment on their network • There should be a minimum of 78 inches (1,981 mm) clearance from the floor to the nearest overhead obstruction. • The unit weighs 291.5 lbs. (132.2 kg) without the ADF. Add 48.9 lbs for the ADF (22.2 Kg). Environmental Requirements Min. Max. Please ensure that there is paper available for install. Transparancies: The transparency to use in the DocuColor 2006 is the Xerox HP Compatible Transparency. (Re-order# - 3R12172). It provides optimum results for the wax encapsulated toner in the DocuColor 2006. Conventional color transparencies are not recommended. They will result in jams.
