Here's an effective but easy-to-use technique that's ideal for intros and transitions. Select P39 and play V A1 to V A3 like this: One Two Three Four One For this kind of trick, it's best to have the bpm firmly in your memory before starting the Pattern. For an even more interesting (or dangerous!) variation on this, try starting with bar 3 above (a tap each beat).
