Connecting External Devices  Mac Standard driver on Mac OS can be used; there is no need to install another driver. Connecting 1. Turn the instrument off. 2. Start up the computer. Close all applications on the computer. 3. Connect the USB cable to the USB [TO HOST] terminal on the instrument, and then connect the USB cable to the computer.  USB cable  4. Turn the instrument on. The computer and instrument are now able to communicate with each other. NOTE Use an AB type USB cable to connect. Additionally, use a cable less than three meters in length. A USB 3.0 cable cannot be used. Turn the instrument off.
2.
Start up the computer.
