Basic Operation and Displays The Displays ● Display names The display provides all the information you need to easily operate the instrument. The name of the current display appears at the top of the screen. For example, "MAIN" appears at the top on the main display. ● MAIN display Title ● Call Up The Main Display Most basic operations are carried out from the instrument's MAIN display. You can return to the MAIN display from any other display be pressing the [EXIT] button near the dial. ● UTILITY/EDIT display (page 64, 62) The UTILITY/EDIT displays provide access to 46 items (25 UTILITY items and 21 EDIT items) that can be edited. The UTILITY or EDIT display appears when the [UTILITY] or [EDIT] button is pressed. Each time the CATEGORY [DEC]/[INC] buttons described on page 37 are pressed a new item is selected from the 46 items available. Press the CATEGORY [DEC]/[INC] button(s) as many times as necessary until the required function appears. Display names
The display provides all the information you need to easily operate the instrument. The name of the current
display appears at the top of the screen. For example, “MAIN” appears at the top on the main display.

The UTILITY/EDIT displays provide access to 46 items (25 UTILITY items and 21 EDIT items) that can
be edited.
The UTILITY or EDIT display appears when the [UTILITY] or [EDIT] button is pressed. Each time the
CATEGORY [DEC]/[INC] buttons described on page 37 are pressed a new item is selected from the 46
items available.
Press the CATEGORY [DEC]/[INC] button(s) as many times as necessary until the required function
appears. You can then use the dial or [INC/YES] or [DEC/NO] buttons to adjust the value of the function as
required.
