For details, refer to "Computer-related Operations" on the website (page 7). NOTICE Saved data may be lost due to malfunction or incorrect operation. Save important data to an external device such as a computer. Transferring SMF Files Between a Computer and this Instrument With Musicsoft Downloader (available for free downloading), up to 10 SMF files can be transferred from the computer to the internal memory of this instrument, and vice versa. For details, refer to the "Computer-related Operations" downloadable from Yamaha Manual Library (page 7). Initializing the Settings With this operation, all data (with the exception of the Songs) will be reset to the factory default settings. To do this, simultaneously hold down the C7 (the highest) key and turn on the power. C7 Highest key NOTICE Never turn off the power while the Initialize operation is being executed (that is, while the [REC] and [PLAY] lamps are flashing).
