While holding down the [PIANO/VOICE] button, press one of the C1-F1 keys to select a voice. Alternatively, you can press the [PIANO/VOICE] button, then press the [SELECT] button repeatedly to select a different voice. Turn the [MASTER VOLUME] control to adjust the volume level while playing the keyboard.
