ZENITH ELECTRONICS CORPORATON DVD PLAYER LIMITED WARRANTY - USA Zenith will repair or replace your product, at Zenith's option, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, during the warranty period listed below from the date of original consumer purchase. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the product and effective only when used in the United States, excluding U.S. Territories. 90 DAYS LABOR/ONE YEAR PARTS WARRANTY 0 to 90 days: Return the defective unit to your Dealer for replacement. 91 to 365 days: Call 1-800-984-9349 for instructions on getting the defective unit repaired or replaced. Repaired or Replacement Units are warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. HOW SERVICE IS HADLED: If replacement unit is available and to get the unit in 2 working days, Zenith requires a reserved deposit by credit card as surety for advance shipment. Your credit card will not be charged if you return defective unit in 10 working days. For further instruction, call 1-800-984-9349. Please retain your box to return the unit to Zenith after first 90 days. Shipping charges both ways will be paid by Zenith after 90 days up to 365 days of the date of your purchase. After 365 days of the date of your purchase, you pay in-bound shipping charges and Zenith pays return shipping charges.
