POP (Picture-Out-Picture: Channel Search and Display) Use this Channel Search to view the current programs on all the memorized channels one-by-one on the 12 POP screen display, while the main screen displays the current channel. Press the pip button in twin picture mode. The pictures of all the memorized channels are shown on the 12 PIP screen, as shown to the right. To exit channel search, press the pip button. Notes • By pressing the swap button, you can view the channel being scanned on the PIP screen enlarged on the main screen. • Run Auto program before using POP mode. Still Picture (Freeze) Press the still button. In PIP and twin picture mode, the sub picture's image is frozen. To cancel the still picture, press the still button again. Notes Still picture • If PIP mode is not active, Twin Picture Mode the currently-viewed picture's image is frozen when the still button is pressed. • This function doesn't work in Component 1080i mode. Still picture PIP Mode Swapping Main/Sub Pictures Press the swap button. POP (Picture-Out-Picture: Channel Search
and Display)
Use this Channel Search to view the current programs on all the
memorized channels one-by-one on the 12 POP screen display, while
the main screen displays the current channel.
Press the
pip
button in twin picture mode.
The pictures of all the memorized channels are shown on the 12 PIP
screen, as shown to the right.
To exit channel search, press the
pip
button.
Notes
• By pressing the
swap
button, you can view the channel being
scanned on the PIP screen enlarged on the main screen.
• Run Auto program before using POP mode.
Still Picture (Freeze)
Press the
still
button.
In PIP and twin picture mode, the
sub picture's image is frozen.
To cancel the still picture, press
the
still
button again.
Notes
• If PIP mode is not active,
the currently-viewed picture's image
is frozen when the
still
button
is pressed.
• This function doesn’t work in Component 1080i mode.
