Clutch lever (fig. 36) Lever (1) disengages the clutch. It features a dial adjuster (2) for lever distance from the twistgrip on semihandlebar. To adjust it, keep lever (1) fully extended and turn knob (2) turning it clockwise to move the lever away from the twistgrip or counter clockwise to move it closer to the twistgrip. When the clutch lever (1) is operated, drive from the engine to the gearbox and the rear wheel is disengaged. Correct use of the clutch lever is very important in all riding situations, especially when moving off. E Any adjustment of clutch lever must be carried out when motorcycle is stationary. Clutch lever

Warning
