Removing the Inside-Mounted Spare Tire The spare tire and wheel blocks are stored in the rear cargo area. You will need to remove the tire cover to get to them. 1. Remove the wheel blocks from the tire retainer plate by turning the wingnut counterclockwise. 2. Place the ﬂat end of the wheel wrench through the hole in the spanner wrench. A. Spare or Flat Tire B.
