58 GENERAL INFORMATION j Controls Steering Handlebars Tilt Lever The handlebar tilt can be changed to your choice. Push down the tilt lever and move the handlebars up or down, you can select the best position in five different angles. A. Handlebars The steering handlebars allow the ride to control direction of the watercraft. Turning the handlebars will cause the watercraft to turn ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS RUNNING AND ONLY WHEN THE THROTTLE IS APPLIED. The handlebars are connected by a control cable to the jet pump steering nozzle at the rear of the boat. A. Steering Handlebars B. Tilt Lever WARNING Adjusting the handlebar position while riding may cause the handlebars to suddenly change position, causing loss of control and an accident resulting in injury or death. Controls
Steering Handlebars
A. Handlebars
The steering handlebars allow the ride to control
direction of the watercraft. Turning the handlebars
will cause the watercraft to turn ONLY WHEN THE
ENGINE IS RUNNING AND ONLY WHEN THE
THROTTLE IS APPLIED. The handlebars are con-
nected by a control cable to the jet pump steering
nozzle at the rear of the boat.
Tilt Lever
The handlebar tilt can be changed to your choice.
Push down the tilt lever and move the handlebars
up or down, you can select the best position in five
