42 GENERAL INFORMATION When the ignition switch is turned on, the tachometer needle momentarily goes from the minimum to the maximum, then goes back from the maximum to the minimum reading to check its operation. If the tachometer does not operate correctly, have it checked by an authorized Kawasaki dealer.
