114 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT The idle adjustment should be performed in accordance with the Periodic Maintenance Chart or whenever the idle speed is disturbed. Adjustment Start the engine, and warm it up thoroughly. Wait until the idle speed drops before making the following adjustment. Adjust the idle speed to 950 ∼ 1 050 r/min (rpm) by turning the idle adjusting screw located at the right front cylinder. Idle Speed • • • A.
