COMFORT ADJUSTMENT CAUTION D Do not adjust the mirror while the vehicle is moving. It may cause the driver to mishandle the vehicle and an accident may occur, resulting in personal injuries. D Since the mirror surfaces can get hot, keep your hands off them when the outside rear view mirror defogger switch is on. When you are backing up, you can adjust the mirrors down quickly by the following operations with the ignition ON. D Put the selector lever in the "R" position. D Place the master switch at "L" (left) or "R" (right). The mirrors return to the previous position by any of the following operations. D Put the selector lever in a position other than "R". D Place the master switch in the neutral position. D Turn the ignition key to the "ACC" position. However, the mirrors return to the previous position automatically after about 2 minutes without any of the above operations.
