ENGINE SPARK PLUGS SC400 If the fluid is hot (70_C - 90_C or 158_F -194_F), the level should be in the "HOT" range. Similarly, if it is cold (10_C - 30_C or 50_F - 86_F), the level should be in the "COLD" range. If the level is at the low side of either range, add automatic transmission fluid DEXRONR II or III to bring the level within the range. Your engine is fitted with iridium-tipped spark plugs. CAUTION The reservoir may be hot so be careful not to burn yourself. NOTICE Use only iridium-tipped spark plugs and do not adjust gaps for your engine performance and smooth drivability. NOTICE When adding the engine fan fluid, avoid overfilling. 228
