This is due to the time delay required to process the deactivation of your Lexus Link System. During this period, when you push the "SERVICES" button, your call will be forwarded to enrollment. Once the deactivation process has been completed, you will hear "The Lexus Link System is not active". NOTICE The voice prompt messages are the primary means to let you know the status of your subscription. It is important to be aware that an active subscription is required to receive safety and security services. If these voice prompt messages are disabled and you desire to have them re-activated, contact your Lexus dealer. 470
