Opening, closing and locking the doors and trunk n Inside lock button 1 2 Locks the door Unlocks the door The side doors can be opened by pulling the inside handles even if the lock buttons are in the locked position. Locking the side doors from the outside without a key Push the lock lever to the lock position. Close the door. Automatic door locking and unlocking systems The following functions can be set or canceled: Function Shift position linked door locking function Shift position linked door unlocking function Speed linked door locking function Operation Shifting the shift lever out of "P" locks both side doors. Shifting the shift lever to "P" unlocks both side doors. Both side doors are locked when the vehicle speed is approximately 12 mph (20 km/h) or higher. The passenger's door is unlocked when the driver's door is opened within 10 seconds after turning the engine switch "ACC" or "LOCK" position. Driver's door linked door unlocking function 22
