WARNING/INDICATOR LIGHTS AND AUDIBLE REMINDERS Supplemental air bag warning light Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) or Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) warning light or Brake warning light Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) indicator light Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) position indicator light Cruise main switch indicator light Fog light indicator light (if so equipped) Front passenger air bag status light High beam indicator light (blue) Security indicator light Charge warning light Slip indicator light Engine oil pressure warning light Low tire pressure warning light NISSAN Intelligent Key™ warning light Seat belt warning light and chime Turn signal/hazard indicator lights Vehicle Dynamic Control OFF indicator light CHECKING BULBS With all doors closed, apply the parking brake and place the ignition switch in the ON position without starting the engine. The following lights will come on: , or , , , If equipped, the following lights come on briefly and then go off: or , , , , , , WARNING LIGHTS or Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) warning light When the ignition switch is placed in the ON position, the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) warning light illuminates and then turns off. This indicates the ABS is operational. If any light fails to come on, it may indicate a burned-out bulb or an open circuit in the electrical system.
