MODE button operation is locked out at speeds above approximately 15 MPH (25 km/h). Tip: The reverse override switch also acts as a MODE button when held down for approximately one half second. The transmission cannot be in reverse when using the override switch as a MODE button. This feature does not contain a vehicle speed lockout function and can be used at any operating speed.
