When charging the vehicle, always use a standard 3-wire grounded extension cord of one of the following types: • 12-gauge wire with 3-wire grounded, 50 feet (15.25 m) or shorter. • 14-gauge wire with 3-wire grounded, 25 feet (7.6 m) or shorter.
