Headlamps and Sidemarker Lamps To replace a headlamp or sidemarker bulb, do the following: 1. Open the hood. See Hood Release on page 5-11 for more information. 4. Rotate the sidemarker bulb socket counterclockwise and remove it from the housing. 5. Replace with a new bulb. If you need to change a headlamp bulb, continue to follow these directions. If not, reinstall the lamp assembly by reversing the Steps 1 through 3. 2. Remove the sidemarker fasteners. 3. Remove the sidemarker lamp from the body of the vehicle. 6. Remove the sidemarker housing to access the headlamp assembly. 5-48

To replace a headlamp or sidemarker bulb, do the

2. Remove the sidemarker fasteners.
3. Remove the sidemarker lamp from the body of the
vehicle.
4. Rotate the sidemarker bulb socket counterclockwise
and remove it from the housing.
5. Replace with a new bulb.
If you need to change a headlamp bulb, continue to
follow these directions. If not, reinstall the lamp
assembly by reversing the Steps 1 through 3.
6. Remove the sidemarker housing to access the
headlamp assembly.
