Lubrication point Unhook the headlight unit as shown, then lift it up and move it forward, away from the handlebar. NOTICE: Be careful not to scratch the snowmobile when moving the headlight unit. Replacing a headlight bulb
1.
Remove the shroud and the top cover.
(See page 45 for removal procedures.)
2.
Remove the headlight unit bolt and the
windshield stay bolts on each side of the
snowmobile.
3.
Unhook the headlight unit as shown, then
lift it up and move it forward, away from
the handlebar.
NOTICE:
Be careful not
to scratch the snowmobile when mov-
ing the headlight unit.
