Menu Category Setting Submenu Item Beep Clock Language Option Description Off/Low/ Medium/High - - Adjust the keypad beep sound level. Set the date and time. Select the language used for the On Screen Display. Keypad Sensitivity -2/-1/0/+1/+2 Adjust the keypad sensitivity level. Sensitivity Calibration Display Icon Display Auto Off Select Memory Format Factory Setting OK Enable keypad sensitivity calibration process. On/Off To show/hide all icons on the display screen. On/Off Enable/Disable sleep mode and auto shutdown mode for power-saving purpose. When enabled, the device will enter sleep mode (LCD off) after being idle for 3 minutes and auto shutdown after being idle for 20 minutes. Internal Memory Micro SD Card Select the storage device to save files. Internal Memory/ Micro SD Card Format the selected storage medium (internal or microSD). Note that all files stored in the selected storage medium will be erased including protected files. Yes/No Restore factory defaults. Note that your current settings will be overridden. Firmware Upgrade Yes/No Upgrade the firmware. Firmware Version - Show the current firmware version. Note: Store the firmware file in a formatted microSD card and insert the card in the device. Select "Yes" for firmware upgrade option. The device will automatically turn off after the firmware upgrade is completed. Note: When giving a presentation using PowerPoint/PDF documents, please save the PPT/PDF file into .jpeg format. Note: To delete or protect multiple files, long press the OK to select the files. The selected files will be indicated with a tick sign ( ). Then press on the Menu button ( ) to delete, protect ( ) or unprotect ( ) the files. 14
