System Telephones on the OpenCom 100 / Aastra 800 Display and MenuCards When the telephone is idle, you can see the subscriber's name or the telephone number - as assigned to the telephone in the Configurator of the Web console - as well as the time (the OpenPhone 65 also displays the day of the week and the date). If more than one key is assigned a telephone number, the assignment of the call key 1 is always the one displayed. For the system telephones OpenPhone 61/OpenPhone 63, the system administrator can adjust the setting so that the date is shown instead of the user name. The OpenPhone 65 display During a call, the current charge counter and annotation texts are displayed (if configured). During an enquiry call you will see the number of the enquiry call you dialled. 1.4.3 Key Lines The display next to the keys is assigned to them on a line-by-line basis. Depending on the type of key, the following display texts are shown. On the OpenPhone 61 the display always shows the active line. Note: The call and seizure states are identified by additional symbols on the call keys.
