Removing the Battery Pack 0 1. Turn the computer over so that the base is facing up. 2. Slide the battery lock to the unlock position. Figure 3-3. Battery Pack 3. Slide and hold the battery release latch (1) all the way through to release the battery pack, then detach the battery pack from its bay (2). Figure 3-4. Battery Pack NOTE: NOTE: The battery has been highlighted with the yellow rectangle in Figure 3-4. Disconnect the battery and follow local regulations for disposal. Machine Maintenance 3-9
