64 - Appendix Aspect Google Play Store System information and performance Power RAM / ROM Internal storage Question Why can't I connect to the Play Store? How do I check the OS version of my device? I can't turn on the device. How do I check the RAM and ROM memory status? My device's available internal storage is full or almost full. Suggestions 1. First check that you have a Wi-Fi or data connection and then try again. Some Wi-Fi "hotspots" require you to log in before accessing the internet. 2. If you still cannot connect, try adjusting your date/time settings. Open the Application menu and tap Settings > Date & time > Automatic date & time set to off. 3. Manually adjust the time and date then try to reconnect to the Play Store (change the time/date back after connecting). Tap Settings > About phone to check the OS version (Build number) and other hardware and software information. The battery power may be depleted. Recharge the device. See Charging the battery on page 6 for more information. To check the ROM status, tap Settings > Storage. To check RAM status, tap Settings > Apps > RUNNING. Uninstall apps to increase available storage. See Uninstalling an app on page 57.
