Changing Device Passkey The passkey used to pair Blackbird with your mobile phone can be changed here. Bluetooth Indicator Light When Blackbird is seated in its cradle, or is being used in handheld mode, the smaller blue LED light surrounding the inner ring of the navigation wheel will indicate the Bluetooth condition as follows: Discovery Mode When Discovery Mode is activated the light will flash for 30 seconds. Bluetooth Connected When Bluetooth is on and connected the light will remain on. Incoming Call Three quick flashes indicate an incoming call. Active Call The light will continue to slowly pulse during an active call. Pairing Your Bluetooth Enabled Mobile Phone 1 Go to Bluetooth Setup and power on Bluetooth. 2 Start Discover Mode. 3 On your mobile phone, make sure Bluetooth is on, then search for Bluetooh devices. 4 Select Blackbird and enter the passkey shown on the Blackbird screen. 5 The inner ring of the navigation wheel on your Blackbird should remain on, indicating your mobile phone is connected. 35
